My husband got into a debate about politics with one of the therapists. A conversation the therapist brought up. After hia session with the therapist they told my husband he didnt have to come back. My husband has a horrible back condition. He wasnt even done with the plan they made up for him. If you go dont talk politics or they will throw you out!
Personnel turnovers landed a new therapist and unfortunately his approach was not only painful for me , but I felt it also lacked consideration toward my particular needs. A cookie cutter physical therapy regimen doesn't allow for the uniqueness of each person's injury and is not a good fit for me. The therapist was confrontational and unprofessional when I expressed concerns about my progress.
Ed Regner at Select Physical Therapy in Davidson is great. After a bad experience at another Select PT location my doctor sent me to Ed. Even though it was not close to my house I made the drive there every other week. Ed really did a fantastic job with helping me rehab my knee from ACL replacement surgery. What I liked about Ed was that he did not just put you on a program, but looked at how well you were doing and benchmarked you against yourself and continued to push you through the rehabilitation. I feel stronger than ever 5 months after surgery. Ed is the ACL rehab specialist in the greater Charlotte area.
Dr. Lozano was professional, caring, and knowledgeable. He not only helped me during my therapy sessions but also gave great exercises to do at home to help me get stronger. Great experience and highly recommend Dr. Lozano to all looking for a great physical therapist.
